The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CBSE Class 10 Date Sheet 2021. The official exam dates for CBSE class 10 Board Exams 2021 are out and the exams will take place from 4th May to 14th June 2021. HRD Minister confirmed the dates via his twitter handle.

Students and teachers across the country were looking forward to the CBSE Board Exam dates. Union Education Minister, Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had said that the coming CBSE board exams will not be held until February 2021. A decision on when to start the exams will be taken by the government later, he added.  Mr. Pokhriyal held a live interaction with teachers on the upcoming board exams. Prior to this, he had interacted with students regarding entrance exams and online classes.

Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' had invited questions and doubts from teachers prior to the live. During the live held today, 22nd December, 2020, he clarified the queries of various teachers from across the country and had adresses various concerns. He highlighted that various teachers have pointed out the diffculties that they face when teaching online and that he has taken note of this. He also added that it is not fair to cancel the board exams as it would reflect poorly on the students who are passing out this year.

The syllabus will be cut off  by 30% so that students have lesser burden on them. Online examination is not an option since a lot of students do not have stable internet connection and phones. He said that the syllabus in the coming years will be changed and that it would be more inclusive.

He also added that the govt is with the students and that the govt will take all decisions keeping the students in mind.

"NCERT has been providing online content. Various regional schools and educational boards have uploaded their curriculum on DIKSHA platform", Mr Pokhriyal added.

CBSE board exam date has not been declared it yet. But, it was made clear that the exams won't happen until after February.
