Rajashekar Sir is a school teacher who teaches the students of higher primary classes. Most of his students are from standards 5th and 6th. Talking about his educational background, Rajashekar Sir mentions that he completed his B.Ed ten years ago. He adds, ‘I wanted to enhance my skills as a teacher and thought of completing the B.Ed degree. This course helped me explore different aspects of the education system. I understood how I can use my skills for the betterment of my students. Moreover, it helped me establish my credibility as a teacher.’
When asked about his journey as a teacher, Rajashekar Sir mentioned that he has been providing education for the last ten years and enjoys his role as a teacher. He says, ‘I took teaching as a profession to support my family financially. As the days passed, I enjoyed teaching, and it became my passion. Now, I can’t imagine my life without my students. I am most happy when I am teaching my students. Moreover, their success makes me proud’.
