A teacher helps their students make the most out of their talents. Teachers not only provide education but also help students in self-discovery. Today, we bring you the story of Jaideep Mishra who is helping his students realize their dreams. Continue reading to know more about his journey.
Jaideep Mishra is a private educator based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. He runs Mekalsuta Institute, which prepares students for various competitive exams. The institute was established on 6th June 2013 to provide the best education to students in and around Jabalpur. Till now, the coaching center has helped more than 150 students in getting selected for different roles in various state and central government jobs. Mekalsuta Institute covers more than 12 courses, including railways, banking, SSC, NDA, veterinary field officer, and other state government jobs.
Jaideep Sir works with six other teachers to help his students get respectable positions across various government departments. He says, ‘I started teaching nine years back with just two students. In a few years, I got a good response from students and their parents. It motivated me to give better education to everyone who approached me for my teaching services.’
Talking about the impact of the pandemic on his tuition classes, Jaideep Sir mentions, ‘We were entirely operating in an offline mode before the pandemic. However, I faced difficulties interacting with my students during Covid. Also, they faced difficulties preparing for exams without proper guidance. So we shifted to online teaching and started conducting live classes. However, we faced difficulties during the initial days and switched to various platforms.’
After struggling for a few days, Jaideep Sir knew about Teachmint in April 2021. One of his teachers recommended the platform and helped him transition to this platform. He realized that Teachmint is easy to use, and he can use it to run classes smoothly. Now, he provides his online classes in a hybrid model.
Talking about his educational background, Jaideep Sir mentions that he has completed his M.A. in Sociology and Political Science. When asked about the success of his institute, he says, ‘I am proud to be associated with such hardworking teachers and students. Today, I provide education to students outside Jabalpur. 50% of my students are from Noida, Hyderabad, and other cities around Jabalpur.’
On asking about the reaction to getting the Diamond Educator Award, Jaideep Sir says, ‘My family and I were excited to receive the award. I also posted about it on social media. When my students found out about this award, they sent congratulatory messages.’
Jaideep Sir also joined hands with political parties to spread education. He provided free-of-cost classes to 2000 students preparing for various competitive exams. Jaideep Sir believes in giving back to society. He says that if you have the resources to help others, you must do so. To support society and help in its development, he provided free education to 25 specially-abled students. He believes that every teacher should provide quality education to every learner.
Jaideep Sir has a special message for his students. He says, ‘Students should work with dedication. They must set a goal and work towards achieving that goal. If they are motivated, they will surely receive whatever they want.
