Today, we are going to share the story of one such teacher, Rajesh Kumar Sahu. He is a private educator from Chhattisgarh who loves to share his knowledge with his students. Rajesh Kumar Sahu runs a coaching institute in Chhattisgarh to help students prepare for different state and national-level competitions. His coaching institute, All In One Coaching, guides students in preparing for railways, banking, SSC, and other state-level government examinations. Rajesh Sir started small, and currently, he is teaching nearly 200 students through online and offline classes.

When talking about the modes of conducting classes, Rajesh Sir mentions that his classes run on online and offline modes. He says, ‘My institute runs on both modes. However, we mainly use online classes for revision purposes. Most of the doubt clearing sessions from our end are conducted in online mode. Moreover, live classes have also helped me extend my student base outside Chhattisgarh. Now, I am providing education to students without worrying about geographical barriers.’ In addition, Rajesh Sir also uses online classes to provide crash courses to students preparing for competitive examinations.

When asked about his journey in the education industry, Rajesh Sir talked about how he started a career as a private teacher. He said, ‘I was working for a private firm after completing my engineering degree. However, I was not satisfied with my job. When I discussed this with my friends, they suggested preparing for government exams. I took their suggestion and studied well. Also, I cleared many state-level exams; however, I did not join any of those jobs. Instead, I decided to take a teaching career.’

When asked about how his coaching institute is different from other tuition centers, Rajesh Sir mentions that his institute supports students in every way possible. They provide unhindered support to their students in exam preparation. He says, ‘We make our students solve previous year questions to help them clear their understanding on different topics. Our institute believes in a practical learning approach and helps students learn better by using different teaching styles.’

When we discussed the challenges faced during the pandemic, Rajesh Sir said that he was disinclined toward online learning. However, his students motivated him to start online coaching to help them prepare for exams. That’s when Rajesh Sir learned about Teachmint and used the platform to conduct live classes.
