Teachers of Teachmint covers the amazing journeys and experiences of the teachers associated with Teachmint. Today, let’s talk about one such encouraging and motivating story, the story of Ganesh Sir. Ganesh Sharma is a full-time government employee at the Indian Railways as well as a private teacher, what a combination right? Yes, Ganesh Sir works with the Indian Railways and he is extremely passionate about helping other students in clearing government exams like SSC and Railways as well. While he cleared the exams himself, he realized that he could help many others in doing so. That is when he decided to start teaching. He started teaching as a hobby but continuing it for a long period of time transformed his hobby into his passion. He loves what he does, therefore, finding ways to maintain a balance between work and passion isn’t that difficult for him.
He began teaching on Teachmint when all the other ways of teaching failed, he tried teaching on various applications, but nothing matched his expectations. Then he came across Teachmint and his experience has been wonderful. He loves the features of the application and finds them very helpful. Since he teaches subjects like Mathematics, he needs to give practice sets or practice questions to his students, however, finding new questions every time may be a time-consuming task. But thankfully, he teaches on Teachmint. Its test feature helps him in conducting multiple tests with various practice questions. The live class session helps his students in revising the concepts better.
“I have been very passionate about teaching from the very beginning, however, teaching on Teachmint has added reasons for loving it. The application provides excellent features to the online teachers keeping in mind all their needs and requirements. It would not be wrong to say that Teachmint is the perfect application for all the teachers who want to take their online teaching to the next level."
He believes that online teaching is the way to teach students as it offers flexibility and self-paced learning. He also mentioned that he would love to continue teaching online & keep sharing his knowledge. Ganesh Sir also suggests that when a teacher walks forward to explain a topic to their students, they should teach the topic as if they were attempting to understand it for the first time; ‘regard yourself as a student when discussing the concepts’, he added.
We are delighted to be associated with such inspiring personalities as Ganesh Sir. As Wanda Skyes quotes, ‘If you feel like there's something out there that you're supposed to be doing, if you have a passion for it, then stop wishing and just do it’, passion is the only key to achieving success and fulfilling all you dreams. We wish Ganesh Sir all the very best for his future.
