Exactly around that time, I met a few students who were struggling to find an affordable coaching institute to prepare for competitive exams. Since I knew those students already, I decided to teach them and guide them for their exams. But then I thought, there may be hundreds of other students like them who must be struggling for the same reason, what about them? Dr. Pawan Sharma is a super-talented teacher and a very humble human being, to say the least. Observing the exploitation of students' money in the name of good education shattered him. The crunch of good teachers in his area was a major reason behind students' suffering. He couldn't see all of that and wanted to bring a change. Therefore, ten years ago, he started a coaching institute by the name 'Sri Aditya Classes' in Anupgarh and he is taking it to greater heights with each passing year. He majorly teaches Hindi and History to the students preparing for competitive exams like SSC, Railways, etc. With the support of his team, their institute has given hundreds of successful government selections. The fee of their coaching institute is very minimal, they also offer the flexibility of payment in monthly installments to the students.
While running his institute for several years, he observed another hurdle in the learning of the students. While the local students were able to reach out to them, the students from the nearby areas were still facing problems like geographical barriers. During the first wave of the pandemic, he came across the various benefits of online teaching, he decided to take his institute online as well. ' When I started my online teaching journey, I started it with an aim to reach the maximum number of students possible. Making quality education accessible to each student is my only goal.
