REET

Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET) is a state-level written exam. It assesses the candidate's eligibility for teaching primary and upper primary classes. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) conducts this exam every year to recruit teachers for state board schools.

The REET exam has two levels or papers:

  • Level I or Paper-I (for Primary Teachers aspiring to teach classes I-V)
  • Level II or Paper-II (for Upper Primary Teachers aspiring to teach classes VI-VIII)

Candidates need to fill in an online REET application form available on the official website of BSER (https://rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in). They also need to pay the application fee online. Candidates can apply for one of the two levels or both. It depends on their eligibility and career aspirations.
