'I started teaching so that I could continue with my studies. And now I can not imagine my life without taking back-to-back classes, answering students' doubts, conducting tests, and talking to my students. Being a teacher has changed my life in so many ways, I am so glad I took the decision at the right time. I remember the time when I did not have enough money to pay my college fees, and in order to fulfill that requirement, I started teaching. But as the journey continued, my inclination towards teaching kept increasing. I started my teaching journey by teaching three students and I am proud to share that the number has crossed three thousand students now', says Umesh Atmaram Jadhao, Diamond Educator, Teachmint Teacher Recognition Program.
Umesh Sir is a versatile teacher, he hails from Buldhana District, Maharashtra. He is a private educator and runs his own online coaching institute on Teachmint by the name 'UJS Academy'. He teaches more than three thousand engineering students as well students of the classes 8th to 12th. He started his teaching journey while he was in college, being a teacher for this long has helped him in gaining a great experience of the field. His teaching mantra is to make students understand the concepts well. He believes that the primary goal behind teaching the students should be their growth & development. It is crucial that the students have a practical understanding of what they are learning.
He joined Teachmint in January 2021 and has been teaching on the app ever since. My students as well my family were overjoyed when the trophy arrived home, can not put the experience into words', added Umesh Sir.
Umesh Sir strongly believes that online teaching is the future of education. Having a strong belief about the same, he convinced many of his colleagues to start teaching online. Along with sharing his journey with the people, he also wants to spread the same message amongst all the teachers who are still not teaching online. 'Teachers should expand their horizons and explore the most of their potential, that is the best way to climb the stairs of success', added Umesh Sir.
